- Updated the Ask an Expert customer upload to use the Private Scanning File upload API when creating a new request.

Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where the Contact Name, displayed in the Service Request details modal, exceeded the right side boundary. Now, the name is truncated with an ellipsis and the full name is provided on hover.
- Fixed an issue where Explore page filters stay selected when clicking on Clear filters.
- Fixed an issue which appears when a user fills out the form in the Service Request details Request More Units: the field has a blank fill color and now matches the fill color of other fields.
- Fixed an issue in Service Requests where users should not be able to download an attachment they uploaded when they submitted the request form. The file is now displayed as read only.
- Fixed an issue in the Ask an Expert form where the VT upload count is reduced when a user uploads a file for private analysis. Files uploaded when submitting a service request now do not affect the monthly upload quota.
- Fixed an issue in the Service Requests where a user sees an error when clicking on any of the cases in the Open state.
