You may need to restart the Protected Theater virtual network or the Protected Actor. Using either the Director or the API, you can quickly restart the specific feature instead of rebooting the entire Protected Theater. For information on using the API, see the API documentation in the platform.
To restart the Protected Theater's networking or the Protected Actor's OS
- Click Environment > Protected Theaters.
- Locate the Protected Theater that has an element you want to restart, click its actions menu and click Edit.
- Click Image Details.
- Click Restart for the Virtual Networking Status and / or Windows Status. After clicking the button, it displays Restarting, until the restart is complete. You'll also see a banner when the process completes.
