Mandiant Advantage Threat Intelligence (MATI) v.5.34.1

- Users with migrated organizations do not have access to MATI. They are now presented with a page where they can sign in to GTI or sign in to another organization, if applicable.
- When users click on Manage, they go to the Manage Threat Profiles page with the relevant tab in view.
Bug fixes
- Fixed an issue where users could create EOD requests without having permission to do so. Added the proper validations.
- Fixed an issue where The Observed Threats link redirected to
/accountmanagement/threat-profiles.
