If a File Transfer Action receives an HTTP response with a response code (200, 403, 503, etc) but an unexpected response body, the Job Action will by default display an error status. This situation occurs when a security technology blocks something and a company's default landing page or blackhole page displays. To have the Job Action show as blocked instead of the Job showing as errored, you create a regex-based block rule to match text from the landing/blackhole page.
To configure a Block Rule
Identify the blocked landing page your company uses
If you / your network team can't easily provide the information, running A100-548 or A100-292 between two network Actors will often result in the Unexpected HTTP Response icon
appearing on the Job, which you can click on to review the landing page.
