Your Protected Theater installation will fail if hardware virtualization is not enabled. To verify it's enabled, review the PT host in the vCenter or ESXI console.
To enable nested virtualization
- Find the Protected Theater host in the vCenter or ESXi console.
- Power-off the guest.
- Select Edit Settings from the Hardware menu.
- Expand CPU.
- Enable Hardware Virtualization and click OK.
- Power-on the guest.
