Run Content from an Assessment

As an administrator or power user, you can do the following from the Assessment Content tab:

• Run each of the included Actions, Evaluations, or Sequences individually from the Assessment
• View details about the content
• View the last run results of the content

Run Content from an Assessment

1. Go to Library > Assessments and open the Assessment which contains content you want to run.
2. In the relevant table row, select Run for the content item that you want to run.
   • This step launches into the standard method of running the selected content type, prompting you to provide any needed run parameters (for example, Actors). After you make your selections, you can run the selected security content and capture the results.
   • After Run now, you're taken to the Job Result.
   • After submitting a scheduled job, you're taken Scheduled Jobs.
   • After submitting a job by selecting actors by tags, you're taken to Bulk Jobs.
   • For Evaluations and Sequences, you're not taken to the Environment Map to selected Actors.
   • The Job results are associated with the Assessment so that they can be viewed and published within the context of the Assessment.
3. To return to the Assessment view, click the link under the Assessment heading in the Job Results.
4. Repeat Steps 2 and 3 for any other content that you want to run from the Assessment.

View Content Details

1. Go to Library > Assessments and open the Assessment which contains content you want to run.
2. In the relevant table row, select more > View Details. The details for the selected content entry appear.

View Last Run Results

1. Go to Library > Assessments and open the Assessment which contains content you want to run.
2. In the relevant table row, select more  > View Last Run Results. The Job Results page for the selected content entry appears.

Import Security Content

1. Go to Settings > Director Settings.
2. Select Content (on the left side).
3. Select Import Content.
4. Browse to and select the local content file (in .vas format) and click Upload.
5. Click the gear icon and wait for it to apply.
6. Once the content successfully imports, the content table shows which content was updated (Evaluations, Sequences, Actions).
