If you aren't seeing Events that you expect to see when running PT Actions, you may need to adjust a time setting in the Advanced Settings. It's possible that the integration doesn't have enough time to communicate with the Actor before reverting to the snapshot.
To increase the time before reverting to the PT Actor Snapshot
- Go to Settings > Director Settings.
- Select Advanced Settings.
- Find the Sleep Before Reverting Snapshot... field and update it to match the time needed for the integration to communicate with the Actor.
