After you create or import Assessments, you can manage them from the Assessments list page. The actions menu allows you to do the following:
- View Assessments to access the details, run content in the Assessment, and view the results.
- Edit Assessments if you need to make any changes to an existing Assessment.
Imported Assessments cannot be edited. In that case, you must clone the imported Assessment to make a new Assessment with different settings or content.
- Clone Assessments to create a copy of an existing Assessment from the list.
- Export Assessments so that they can be distributed to other users to include in the Director that they manage.
- Delete Assessments to clean up any unneeded entries.
View Assessments on the Director
- Go to Library > Assessments. The list of Assessments appears.
Assessments List - Optional: Click Sort By and choose another option if you want to rearrange how the Assessments are presented, for example, by due date or by who created them.
View Assessment Details
- Go to Library > Assessments.
- Select more
> View to open the details for a specific Assessment, including Due Date, Created By, Created On, Last Modified, and the External Reference. You can also run content and view Job results from the Assessment details.

Edit Assessments
- Go to Library > Assessments.
- For the Assessment you want to edit, select
more > Edit.
If the Assessment was imported, the editing functionality is disabled. You must clone an imported Assessment and edit the cloned entry. - Make any changes you need to the Assessment and then select Save.
If you're removing content from the Assessment, you'll see a prompt where you can confirm the removal.

Clone Assessments
- Go to Library > Assessments.
- For the Assessment you want to clone, select
more > Clone.
MSV copies all of the associated metadata of the selected Assessment and opens it in the Edit view with a new name: <original name> - Copy. - Change any configuration parameters, as needed, such as the name, content, goals.
- Select Save.
Export Assessments
- Go to Library > Assessments.
- For the Assessment you want to export, select
more > Export.
The Assessment is exported as a JSON file and can be imported to another Director.
Delete Assessments
- Go to Library > Assessments.
- For the Assessment you want to delete, select
more > Delete. - Confirm that you meant to take this action, and then select Delete.
Multisite Reporting settings

You can also do the following from the Multisite Reporting Settings page:
- Configure whether Assessments are pulled from other Directors to the one you're signed into.
- Change the frequency at which Assessments are pulled.
- Check the Assessment Import History.
