Jobs that are scheduled to repeat on a predetermined basis can be viewed by accessing the Repeating Jobs. This could be a Job that you want to run frequently to test your system, such as running a data exfil test weekly.
Repeating Jobs are not Monitors. These are Jobs that you want to run multiple times. You will not receive notifications when these Jobs run, nor do you set expected results.
From here, you can also Edit the repeating Job, cancel the Job, and view the last time the Job ran.
To create a repeating Job
- Go to Library and select Action, Sequence, or Evaluation.
- From the list of Actions, Sequences, or Evaluations that appear, select the one you want to run multiple times.
- Click Run.
- Select the Source and Destination Actor for each Actor or Group.
- Select Repeat Job.
- Enter how often you want it to repeat.
- Enter how many times you want it to repeat, or select Until Canceled.
Click Run.
NOTE: You do not have to immediately run the Action, Sequence, or Evaluation to set it up to repeat; you can instead schedule it to run & set it to repeat.
