New in this Release
- User Management: Customer users are no longer required to create a ticket with Mandiant Customer Support or request assistance from Customer Success Managers for routine user management administrative tasks. With this new capability, Customer admin users will be able to perform self-service user management tasks, such as:
- Adding new users
- Adding and removing a user’s access to products
- Removing users
- Resetting user passwords and multi-factor authentication (MFA)
- Viewing users by status (for example, active, invited, or removed)
This new feature does not impact federated users using single-sign-on (SSO). For more information on managing federated users, see Federated Access.
